Reporting a problem

If a tool gave you the wrong result or refused a file, say which tool, which browser and which device, and what happened. Please do not email us the file itself unless it contains nothing private — remember that once you send it, it has left your device, which is exactly what this site is built to avoid. A description of the file (its size, where it came from, how it was made) is usually enough to reproduce the problem.

Asking for a tool

Tell us what you were trying to do. Tools are added roughly in the order people ask for them, provided the work can be done inside a browser without sending anything anywhere.
